🔹 Headquarters: Thunderbolt Hall (hidden base in a prosperous town of Changfeng Republic)
🔹 Nature: Civil chivalrous organization, no fixed system, values righteousness and the "Great Way"

📜 Organizational Background

Thunderbolt Hall is not a traditional martial arts sect, but rather the most influential chivalrous organization within the Changfeng Republic. It operates independently of government control and avoids politics, instead taking the "punishment of evil and protection of the people" as its mission, specifically targeting local tyrants, bullies, corrupt officials, and criminal gangs. Thunderbolt Hall enjoys immense prestige among the people, seen as a guardian of justice; many who suffer oppression view it as their last hope.

The founder, Zhuge Yanwen, comes from a renowned martial family. His father was the famous hero Shi Zheng-Yi, and his mother hailed from a prestigious martial lineage. Influenced by a dual upbringing in Confucianism and martial arts, he demonstrated an extraordinary chivalrous spirit from childhood. In his youth, he witnessed corruption between local officials and the underworld, prompting him to walk the lands as "Zhuge Yanwen," robbing the rich to help the poor and upholding justice, earning a reputation that echoed throughout the martial world.

Years later, he gathered a group of like-minded righteous individuals to secretly establish Thunderbolt Hall in Changfeng’s largest commercial and transportation hub. It operates without strict rules or formal disciples, and has no fixed hierarchy; anyone dedicated to chivalry and unwilling to be bound by sect restrictions can join. Thunderbolt Hall belongs to neither the underworld nor the court; it is truly an organization of civil chivalry, hidden among the marketplace, maintaining justice through a path of "gratitude and revenge."

However, as Thunderbolt Hall’s influence expanded, they encountered their most powerful enemy—the Fist Gang.

⚔️ The Death Match: Thunderbolt Hall vs. Fist Gang

While the Changfeng Republic is nominally a democracy, the criminal organization "Fist Gang" (拳幫) controls vast underground industries in the shadows, monopolizing the criminal economy through gambling, drugs, protection rackets, and underground fighting pits. The gang leader, "Jin Quan" (金權), lives by the motto "Fist is Power! Fist-force is Authority!" creating a criminal empire that respects only the power of the strike. Countless villains join the Fist Gang for power, and even government officials and commercial conglomerates have had ties with them.

Zhuge Yanwen and Thunderbolt Hall have spent years constantly striking at the Fist Gang's power, dismantling their industrial chains and rescuing countless civilians forced into slavery. They have become the Fist Gang's greatest thorn. Jin Quan has sent assassins and killers countless times and laid numerous traps to eliminate Thunderbolt Hall, but all have been thwarted by Zhuge Yanwen and his allies.

Now, Thunderbolt Hall and the Fist Gang have entered a state of all-out confrontation. Jin Quan has sworn to completely eradicate Thunderbolt Hall, while Zhuge Yanwen is determined to make the Fist Gang disappear from the Changfeng Republic entirely. This black-and-white showdown has become one of the most significant underground wars in the nation.

📖 Cultivation System

Unlike traditional sects, Thunderbolt Hall does not have a strict martial inheritance; instead, it is based on each member's personal martial background. However, Zhuge Yanwen occasionally teaches four core martial arts to the loyal and righteous members of the hall, allowing them to exert maximum practical effectiveness while upholding justice.

🕊️ Sky Buddha Sword Art

The Sky Buddha Sword Art is the supreme swordsmanship of Thunderbolt Hall, merging the way of the sword with internal energy, deterring evil like the illumination of Buddha’s light. Practitioners must cultivate a "Mirror-like Mind" and "Lucid Sword Heart" to transform sword qi into spirit, exerting unparalleled offensive and defensive power.

  • 🔹 Noble Sword Qi: Injecting internal energy into the blade, causing sword light to erupt like a thunderclap, making it difficult for evil arts to resist.
  • 🔹 Evil-Breaking Slash: Specifically designed to counter malicious internal energy; it can sever an opponent’s qi and neutralize sinister moves.
  • 🔹 Buddha's Light Heavenly Illumination: Using sword qi to form a golden light posture, creating a protective sword field that serves both offense and defense.
  • 🔹 Thunderbolt Strike: A concentrated strike where sword qi crashes down like a sudden thunderbolt, destroying the enemy's protective internal energy.

🖐️ Sky Buddha Palm

Sky Buddha Palm is another unique skill of Thunderbolt Hall, focusing on breaking evil with the palm and controlling enemies with qi. Practitioners must possess pure Yang intent and virtue, transforming internal energy into noble righteous qi to exert powerful defensive and counter-attacking capabilities.

  • 🔹 Righteousness Shocking Evil: When executed, the palm wind is wrapped in noble righteous qi, capable of directly repelling malicious internal forces.
  • 🔹 Pure Yang Dissolving Energy: The palm energy carries pure Yang true qi, capable of neutralizing enemy attacks and even causing the opponent's internal energy to backlash.
  • 🔹 Formless Neutralization: The palm energy is soft yet rigid, capable of transforming terminal attacks into nothingness, stripping away killing moves.
  • 🔹 Thunder Sound World-Shaking: As the palm falls, the internal energy vibrates like thunder, shattering the enemy's bones and meridians.

🔱 Yide Spear Style

Yide Spear Style is the unique spear technique of Thunderbolt Hall, piercing with righteous qi. It emphasizes both "Righteousness" (Yi) and "Virtue" (De), symbolizing the spirit of chivalry and punishing evil.

  • 🔹 Justice Breaking Waves: Using swift footwork and continuous thrusts to tear through enemy defenses—like a ship breaking through waves, unstoppable and balanced in offense and defense.
  • 🔹 Virtue Wind Saving Danger: Gathering internal energy at the spear tip to instantly turn defense into offense—like a virtuous wind, neutralizing fierce attacks and aiding allies.
  • 🔹 Righteousness Reaching Clouds: Using rapid footwork combined with intense spear qi to condense a majestic presence of justice, a single thrust aimed at the enemy's leader, showcasing unparalleled chivalry.
  • 🔹 Relieving the People: During team combat, using the spear’s momentum to protect allies; utilizing ever-changing spear techniques to restrain enemies and gain strategic initiative.

👣 Ten-Thousand-Mile Step (Wanli Step)

A peak light-body art (Qinggong) that emphasizes elegant movement like the wind. Practitioners must borrow the power of heaven and earth, circulating internal energy to achieve surprising mobility.

  • 🔹 Gale Shadowless: Movement as ethereal as smoke, allowing for rapid relocation to dodge enemy attacks.
  • 🔹 Thunder Shadow Leap: High-speed traversal of the battlefield, moving with ease through thousands of enemies.
  • 🔹 Cloud-Stepping Crossing: Movement as graceful as a swallow, easily crossing mountains, lakes, and dangerous terrain.
  • 🔹 Lightning Flash Thunder Shock: Sprinting at ultimate speed to instantly appear before an enemy and launch an attack.

🧘 Noble Righteous Qi (Haoran Zhengqi)

An internal cultivation method that emphasizes tempering the body from within and controlling enemies with qi. By accumulating righteous qi, practitioners can not only strengthen their own defense but also inspire comrades and dispel evil.

  • 🔹 Vajra Body Protection: Releasing internal energy outward to form protective true qi, capable of resisting blade damage and countering evil internal arts.
  • 🔹 Tiangang Shocking Qi: Mobilizing internal qi for an instantaneous explosion of power, greatly increasing combat effectiveness for a short period.
  • 🔹 Pure Yang Qi Recovery: Rapidly recovering internal energy, maintaining endurance during battle.
  • 🔹 Peerless Righteousness: At the ultimate realm, the body radiates noble qi, making demons afraid to approach.
